Because of on-site conditions, dimensions may vary from the plans. There will be dropped ceilings in the foyer, bathrooms, laundry and kitchen and perimeter bulkheads to accommodate mechanical systems where required.

All construction shall conform to the requirements of the Ontario Building Code or any other authoritative body having jurisdiction. Charlesfort Development Corporation may, without prior notice, substitute other materials for those identified in the plans and specifications, provided the materials substituted are of a quality equal to or better than specified, and shall have the right to deviate from the plans and specifications at its discretion.
